Reporting

Medical documentation is at the heart of everything you do, therefore, Transcend provides customized, accurate reporting to suite all customers’ needs.  When using Transcend’s dictation platform, clients have the option to monitor all work in progress by job status. Each job has detailed tracking & logging information from the beginning of the job’s lifecycle and through each step of the transcription process, including user and system access to the job and report. This detailed tracking is essential to ensure each job is completed within the contractual turnaround time (TAT). It also provides the requisite audit trail to comply with privacy regulations.

Transcend also develops customized reporting when requested. Transcend customers receive monthly status reports that are specific to their requirements.  This report is provided by the clients account manager and includes TAT, quality performance, and existing open items at time of report generation.

Report Distribution

Customers have the flexibility to control the distribution of their transcribed reports their current in-house platform, or alternatively, Transcend can manage the distribution of those reports directly from our technology platform.

HL7 and Other Connectivity

Distribution alternatives include pure socket-based HL7 feeds to HIS systems, EMR, COLD feeds, flat-file transfer, direct printing on your network printers, direct faxing, or even accessing directly within Transcend’s platform web-console. All of these methods of distribution can be customized to your schedule and can include a combination of any of the distribution methods mentioned above.
